We are in-network with Traditional Medicare, BlueCross BlueShield / Anthem and Tricare, and we accept Auto MedPay, personal injury liens and Workers' Compensation. Self-pay and out-of-network plans, including Aetna, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare, can use our $129 flat rate per 60-minute visit.
